Chef: Dhian Singh, born in 1977, originating in India, chef and owner of the restaurant, has a great passion for cooking. Very young began his career in Germany in one of the best italian restaurants in Frankfurt, where he met his wife Elena Picchiotini.
For love he has moved to Italy, where he worked for some years in Brianza restaurants before moving to Derby Grill at Hotel de la Ville in Monza, working for three years.
With the experience gained, in 2003 he realized his dream of opening a restaurant of his own "Taste of Life".


Sommelier: Elena Picchiotini, born in 1975, from Seregno, graduated from high school language, that for the sake of Dhian, her husband, followed him into the adventure of restaurant.
In 2003 he started to attend the AIS sommelier school at the Association of Milan in 2006, getting the diploma of professional sommelier.
She 's in charge of the selection of wines from the best wine cellars and who knows advise diners.
